Rovers tease Away strip launch

Much like they did when the new Home kit was presented, Rovers Social Media yesterday teased of an imminent kit launch.

Last week Rovers tweeted out that the Club Superstore would be closed for "Stock Replenishment" and then continued to tantalise Gasheads with cryptic tweets with Ikea references. Of course we all know that Ikea now sits on what some call our 'spiritual home' at Eastville.

The Home kit was subsequently launched with this slick piece from Rovers' media team. Entitled "Luca's trip to Ikea".

It would feature, funny enough, Luca Hoole taking a trip to Ikea where he would encounter some familiar friends in the form of Gas legends Aaron Collins and Captain Gas. As well as some cheekily clever product placement from the Club Superstore.

So with the season set to begin away from home at Fratton Park on Saturday, we are set for the launch of the 2023-24 away kit. And perhaps also for some more tantalising socials from Rovers admin.
